Currently the building has two (2) conference rooms. One is located on the 8th floor identified as the Iberville Conference Room and the other is located on the 4th floor identified the Canal Conference Room. Both rooms are equipped with wireless internet access, cable TV with large screen monitors than can be used for video presentations. They will both accommodate up to fourteen (14) people, best achieved in a classroom format, and provide good use for depositions, sales presentations, small conferences, etc.
The Iberville Conference room further provides an exterior reception area as well as food service area with ice machine and plumbing services.
The fee schedule for use of these rooms is nominal: Current rates are $25 for half day use and $50 for all day use.
