- FIRE DRILLS
- Fire drills shall be scheduled approximately once per year;
- All tenants are strongly encouraged to participate in the drills;
- A written record of each drill will be kept on the premises for a three (3) year period and shall be readily available for the Fire Department’s inspection.
- Drills will be evaluated by the Fire Safety Director as well as the Fire Department for the purpose of improving the methods of efficiently evacuating the building.
- Emphasis will be placed on orderly evacuation under proper discipline rather than on speed. No running will be permitted.
- MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PREVENTION EQUIPMENT
- All fire prevention equipment in the common areas of the building such as fire extinguishers, sprinkler heads, control panels, etc., will be checked periodically during the year in accordance with code and good practice. Please note that fire extinguishers located inside Tenant offices are the responsibility of each Tenant.
- Any malfunctions of this equipment are to be reported promptly.
